Apprenticeship Structure:
Each apprentice at Stellar is paired with a mentor from our core team, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the four-year program. This apprenticeship offers a blend of on-the-job training and day release at college, leading to qualifications such as a BTEC Level 3 and an HNC in Engineering.
We are proud to have six Apprentice Piping Designers currently onboard, highlighting our commitment to nurturing talent in this specialized field. With similar intakes planned annually, our program continues to expand to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Collaboration with TDR:
In partnership with local training provider TDR, we have effectively advertised positions and conducted thorough assessments to select the best candidates for our program.
