Stellar Engineering conducted a laser scan of the boiler piping at a biomass plant in the Midlands, UK to identify and rectify installation errors. The scan was performed on-site allowing our team to capture precise data on the pipework and equipment. We delivered a detailed report and 3D models to the client, highlighting discrepancies and corrective design solutions.
Our work ensured that all installation errors were addressed, optimising the plant’s performance and safety. This project demonstrated our capability in using advanced laser scanning technology to deliver high-precision engineering solutions.
